Shipping Policy

We ship our products globally.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are any other issues, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer only one shipping option – regular. Delivery time varies from 2 to 20 days, depending on the buyer's location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

PeQuParts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

PeQuParts is not liable for any products damaged. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim (Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take photos before filing a claim).

Lost packages:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your package do not arrive in 25 days please contact us by email: pequparts@gmail.com

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.themaevastore.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.themaevastore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
